The server drops back to the free plan — nothing gets deleted.
Can I move Premium to a different server?

Is the fee math actually accurate?

These Terms govern your use of Handshake (the "Service"), a Discord bot providing vouch, ticket, payment-tracking, and deal-management tools.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to lawfully use Discord and meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements.
2. The Service
Handshake is provided on a free tier and an optional paid "Premium" tier. Features may change as the Service develops.
3. Server admin responsibility
Handshake is a record-keeping and workflow tool, not a party to any trade, and does not hold, transmit, or guarantee funds.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use Handshake to facilitate fraud, scams, or illegal transactions.
- Don't exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Don't resell Premium keys without authorization.
5. Premium
Premium unlocks features for a specific server, activated via key. See our Refund Policy.
6. No warranty
Handshake is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

This explains what data Handshake collects, why, and how it's handled.
1. What we collect
- Discord identifiers — user and server IDs.
- Vouch content — text, rating, and proof screenshots.
- Ticket content — messages inside tracked tickets, for transcripts.
- Payment method labels — the handle/tag you save, not card or bank details.
2. What we don't collect
No messages outside tracked tickets. No payment card, bank, or wallet credentials processed by the bot.
3. Third parties
Live crypto and currency rates come from public price APIs — no personal data is sent to them.

Refund Policy

1. Eligible refunds
Within 48 hours of purchase, only if the key hasn't been redeemed yet.
2. Not eligible
- Change of mind after redemption.
- Loss of access from a Terms violation.
Discord account or server limitations. No refund if your Discord account or the server Premium was activated for is limited, disabled, banned, or deleted by Discord — that's outside our control.
3. Moving Premium to a different server
Allowed **once per purchase** — open a ticket to arrange it.
